Patient Accounting

The CHS Patient Accounting and Physician Billing Departments move to Melville will be a consolidation of the Rockville Centre and Bay Shore business offices. Together, we are a team of 225 employees.

We provide hospital billing services to Good Samaritan Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, St. Charles Hospital, and St. Francis Hospital, as well as professional billing services for the Suffolk Hospitals.

We take pride in rendering billing, follow-up, cash posting, appeals, customer service, variance tracking, as well as credit and collection services to our CHS hospitals.

Other services provided include Revenue Cycle, Charge Master, Compliance and Billing systems management.

The business offices are staffed by dedicated, hard-working, warm and friendly people looking forward to a new work environment, as well as meeting and working with other CHS employees.
