Peninsula Blvd. to Clinton Street, make a slight left on Clinton Street. Stay on for about 3 miles and then make a right on to Old Country Road. Continue on Old Country Road for about 9.5 miles, the road will become Round Swamp Road just south of the LIE. Go under the overpass and make a right at the next light on to Old Country Road. Continue on Old Country about 2 miles, crossing over 110. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Southern State Parkway East to Exit 28A N - Route 135/Seafod-Oyster Bay Expressway. Head north toward Syosset and take to Exit 12E - Northern State Parkway East. Take to Exit 40S - Route 110 S/Walt Whitman Road. Coming off the exit ramp, get over immediately into the left lane to make the first left at the first light on to Old Country Road. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Southern State Parkway East to Exit 22N - Meadowbrook Parkway North toward Mineola. Take to the Northern State Parkway East. Take to Exit 40S - Route 110 S/Walt Whitman Road. Coming off the exit ramp, get over immediately into the left lane to make the first left at the first light on to Old Country Road. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Southern State Parkway East to Exit 27N - Wantagh Parkway North toward Westbury. Take the exit for the Northern State Parkway heading east toward Hauppauge. Take to Exit 40S - Route 110 S/Walt Whitman Road. Coming off the exit ramp, get over immediately into the left lane to make the first left at the first light on to Old Country Road. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Southern State Parkway East to Exit 32N - Route 110N toward Huntington. Continue to follow about 7 miles, crossing over the LIE. Make a right at Old Country Road, just south of the Northern State Parkway. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE), I-495 toward Eastern Long Island. Follow for about 19 miles. Take exit 49 N - Broad Hollow Road/Route 110 N toward Huntington. Continue on 110N for just over 1 mile and make a right on to Old Country Road. 245 will be on the left about .6 miles.

Take Fifth Avenue (CR-13) North about 1 mile and merge on to Sunrise Highway (Route 27) going West. Continue on CR-57, following signs for Howells Road, Deer Park. Make a slight right on the ramp going toward Southern State Parkway East. Briefly merge on to Robert Moses Causeway which meets the Southern State Parkway headed East. Take the Southern State, then make a slight left on to the Sagtikos/Sunken Meadow Parkway North. Take Exit SM1W, to merge on to the Northern Parkway heading West. Take Exit 41 South - Wolf Hill Road toward South Huntington/Dix Hills. Make a Right at Wolf Hill Road. Turn Left at Old Country Road. 245 will be about 1.5 miles on your right.

Take Fifth Avenue (CR-13) North about 1 mile and merge on to Sunrise Highway (Route 27) going West. Continue on CR-57, following signs for Howells Road, Deer Park, for about 3 miles. Make a slight right at Deer Park Avenue (Rt. 231N). Continue on Deer Park Avenue for about 3 miles. When approaching the LIE, make a left on to the North Service Road. Make a Right at Half Hollow Road. Turn Right at Old South Path. Continue on New York Avenue. Turn left at Old Country Road. 245 will be about 400 ft. on your right.

Take Route 347 West about 12 miles and merge on to the Northern State Parkway heading West. Take Exit 41 Wolf Hill Road toward South Huntington/Dix Hills. Turn right at Wolf Hill Road. Turn left at Old Country Road. 245 will be about 1.5 miles on your right.

Take Route 347 West about 12 miles. Turn left at Jericho Turnpike going west for about 4 miles. Make a left on CR-35 Deer Park Road. Make a right on Old Country Road. 245 will be on the right about 3 miles.
